Who is Eligible for Behavioral Health Case Management Services?

Medicaid eligibility for Behavioral Health Case Management Services requires an Adult or Child to have a current mental health diagnosis or a perspective diagnosis that impedes on the individual’s ability to function or achieve self-sufficiency.
